Confidence

True confidence is only achieved from overcoming hard things and repetition. That is what this program is designed to do. With a 75% re-sign up rate, your teen will want to come back for more.

QUESTIONS

What sets RISE apart?

Many parents often say, “I wish my kids grew on a farm so they could learn how to work hard”. With us, they get that chance. R.I.S.E. Conditioning offers a principle-based workout program that focuses on teaching life lessons through physical training. Members of R.I.S.E. receive unique mindset training that strengthens individuals to overcome mental and emotional barriers. This is so much more than just a good workout.

What is a "principle-based" workout?

Each week focuses on one of our 4 core principles. For example, our definition of Responsibility is an obligation to push yourself to take care of the ones you love- therefore, an example of a workout in the week of Responsibility could consist of carrying sandbags to symbolize the weight of responsibility in our roles as family members, friends, and members of our communities. Other methods such as accountability partners and home workouts are utilized to emphasize the core principles.

Why is there a 6 week commitment?

6 weeks of 3 workouts per week offers only 18 sessions, which is the bare minimum needed to see results and lasting change in yourself. We want you to see what we’re talking about actually works.

Can I sign up for more than 6 weeks?

Yes! This is not a “boot camp” kind of program. 6 weeks is just the minimum. We want you to see the results. Once the 6 week program is finish, you can continue on as long as you need. You don’t "graduate" from R.I.S.E.– you keep going!

Do I have to go to all the sessions each week?

No one is forcing you to attend every day each week, but we do not offer refunds. The participants are encouraged to take personal responsibility for their involvement and commitment in the program, and not showing up affects the whole group. Also, if you don’t come every time, you won’t see the results of added confidence and physical improvement, and there is nothing we can do about that.

What is the age group?

Currently, we only accept clients ages 11 and older. This is open to change depending on demand.
